PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF): New Directives aimed at reducing the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere are complied with by installing a catalyser on the truck (SCR), which requires the use of a special liquid blend of water and urea known as WHALEFLO, Arla or AUS 32 depending on reference market.
Every truck has to be equipped with an additional tank to store this special liquid. On the basis of meticulous analyses of the issues relating to urea transfer, WHALEFLO has developed a reliable range of products made with materials that are compatible with this fluid.
WHALEFLO is a non-toxic urea solution used for chemically reducing nitrogen oxide (NOx) levels in diesel engine exhaust gases.
With effect from JULY,2006, all new vehicles sold in Europe must comply with the Euro 4 standard, which significantly limits polluting emissions.
WHALEFLO enables latest-generation heavy vehicles to meet the envisaged limits, without compromising the performance or efficiency of their engines in any way.
WHALEFLO offers a comprehensive range of transfer equipment and dispensers including pumps, flow meters, nozzles and all the necessary accessories for Urea transfer units. The units can be easily applied to and removed from IBC tanks and drums.
